Seeker Fishing Rods and Wahoowaterworld.com

Rods:  Seeker will make you do the Wahoo!

Super Seeker, Black Steel, Blue Lightening, Hercules, Black Classic, Seeker Classic, Stealth, Rail Boss, Pinhead, React Rods, Paul Elias ,Tommy Martin Bass Rods Kneelin and Reelin, Alabama Rig rods, and all these rods, are from what started as a boutique rod builder in Southern California that has its roots in the salt water heavy rod market. www.wahoowaterworld.com carries the full line of Seeker rods.

People have pretty strong feelings about things and its usually for a reason. If you like them then fish them. Just when a builder steers you to a custom rod because they kept coming back broke well all I needed to know. Let’s say you needed a light popper and instead of pushing a blank that the big rod companies sells he steers you toward a rod you have never heard of. If you catch  Pacific Grouper, Yellowtail, Wahoo and a Yellow fin or blue fin tuna  on 60# -unlimited or a Sea bass trip. You can choose from a rod that meets the need from Seeker Rods and you do not have to be lost in all the talk about which rod can handle the work off shore or inshore. Seeker is one of my favorite rods made for large/head boat fishing with a  Soft tip. Many of the blanks are heavier than most but it has more S glass and graphite than most do also.

Seeker rods on the East Coast covers a huge segment of the bottom fishing population  and are  fishing Seeker and Hercules models. Hercules remains a leader in bottom fishing rod and used more than any other.

The only true way to find the rod that is a good fit for you is to fish with as many as you can get your hands on, a angler can never have enough rods,  fill up the garage as most of use so and you can check out blogs and testimonials but fishing with a rod is the only way to really know. Black steel seeker and I did battle with a 30 pound grouper off the big bend in Northwest Florida. Seeker will make the Wahoo come out in you guaranteed.

When fishing SW Florida during April through the summer I tend to motor a long way due to shallow water and the movement of the larger fish to deeper water. When you have to make long runs you  equipment means everything , Reliability, Durability, and strength , plus can it take the punishment. There’s something special about catching grouper, and big jacks  in the gulf off Florida, . The thrill  gets the adrenaline pumping and nothing can stop the fun faster than losing a big fish to the rocks because the rod failed..

My first impression of the Seeker Black Steel was a medium fast action rod that quickly stiffens up and is designed for turning that large fish in the right direction, the old timers will tell you it is about the upper third of the rod take it lay it flat and see how much weight it takes to bend the rod 2 feet and does it stay in the upper 1/3 of the rod when it bends. If it does that you have a rod that is ready to rumble with the big boys and girls and the power is in the lower 1/3 of the rod and failure is less likely. Black Steel from Seeker will out perform your expectations. We have since put the Wahoo on some Cobia on markers in the 90-120lb range and it will get you screaming Wahoo. Seeker has it right and Wahoowaterworld.com knows it we live it and fish it,

This rod simply impressed me through every movement of that catch. It was love at first bite!

Seeker builds some of the most  functional rods the market and by the way they have the bling to boot.. They are all high performance rods built using Seeker's proprietary blend of material and technology, and detail to craftsmanship that is the roots of the once Boutique builders from SoCal. So do not take my word for it , if you fish from Bass to Billfish, to bottom machines, the Seeker line is right there in the pack and if you do not want to be just another rod in the boat be a Seeker fan and look at Wahoowaterworld.com
